🧼 Product & Ingredients

Q: Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
A: Yes! All Intimate Skin products are palm-free, non-toxic, and handcrafted with clean ingredients. Our formulas are designed to be gentle, but if you have very sensitive skin, we always recommend a patch test first.

Q: Do your soaps contain lye?
A: All traditional soaps are made with lye during the process, but don’t worry—by the time it cures, no lye remains. You’re left with a rich, creamy bar that’s safe and ready to use.

Q: Are your products vegan?
A: Most of our products are vegan, but a few may contain natural ingredients like milk, honey, or beeswax. Each product description will clearly note if it’s vegan-friendly.


📦 Orders & Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not yet—we’re starting with U.S. orders only. But international shipping is on our radar, so stay tuned!

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Flat $5 U.S. shipping. Orders over $50 ship free.


💕 Returns & Exchanges

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at support@shopintimateskin.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
